Executive Advisory Board
Executive Team
As executives or presidents of Food4Philly, we work to organize Food4Philly so that our dedicated members and volunteers can carry out our mission of service and fighting hunger in as easy a manner as possible. Specifically, the executive team oversees large partnerships, growth, and legal items. By working closely with all teams at Food4Philly, the executive team looks to delegate work effectively while still being very involved in day-to-day operations such as event planning and chapter initiation. Specialized Teams
The communications team of Food4Philly is the largest team in the organization, as it comprises the smaller Media and Marketing team as well as the broader communications team. Media and Marketing specifically works to maintain Food4Philly’s digital presence and promote growth through social media and marketing flyers. The communications team works to initiate new chapters, maintain contact and effective collaboration between all teams at Food4Philly, and create other forms of organizational communication such as newsletters and blogs. Ai-Linh Nguyen

Chapter Head
Ai-Linh is a rising junior at Penncrest High School. She joined the Food4Philly Team in July of 2024. Outside of school, she enjoys playing volleyball, listening to music, spending time with family and friends, watching basketball, traveling, and finding new restaurants. Ai-Linh also serves as a co-chapter head for Penncrest High School.
Neysa Martinez
Content Manager
Neysa is a transfer student at Community College of Philadelphia studying Photography and Marketing. She graduated from Wyomissing Junior Senior High School in 2022. In her free time, she loves to draw portraits, shoot with film, and model!
Oleksandra Dziuba
Creative Designer
Oleksandra (Sasha) is a sophomore at Penncrest High School. She joined the Food4Philly Team in August of 2024. Outside of school, she enjoys dance, learning languages, and exploring new places.
Molly Quinn
Video Content Manager
Molly is a junior at Penncrest. She joined Food4Philly in August of 2024. She enjoys playing soccer and track, baking, listening to music and going to concerts, as well as surfing when she gets the chance.
Olivia Rathnayaka
Social Media Manager
Olivia attends Penncrest High School. She joined the Food4Philly team in July of 2024. Outside of school, she enjoys competing in rowing and track, as well as traveling, baking, and spending time with friends and family.
Ritika Hait
Digital Engagement Coordinator
Ritika is a junior at Penncrest High School. She joined Food4Philly in October 2024. She enjoys playing the violin, dancing, and spending time with friends and family.
