The Food4TheBay Chapter was founded in 2023 by students committed to addressing food insecurity through the Food4Philly network. Affiliated with Food4Philly but operating with greater autonomy, the chapter is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA as a student-led community service organization. The chapter empowers students to lead locally driven initiatives while aligning with Food4Philly’s broader mission and values.
