Ethan Chan

Co-founder

Ethan is a first-year student at Queen's University majoring in Commerce with a concentration in Finance. He graduated from The Haverford School in 2023. He co-founded Food4Philly in February of 2021.

Ethan enjoys playing tennis, squash, and basketball, hiking, traveling with his family, learning about world history, and spending time with his friends.

Zaid Salaria

Co-founder

Zaid is a freshman at the University of Pittsburgh studying Business with a concentration in Finance. He graduated from Penncrest High School in 2023. He co-founded Food4Philly in February of 2021.

Zaid enjoys playing piano, soccer, and spending time with friends, family, 3 ducks, and his dog Chase.

Milan Varma

Co-President

Milan is currently a junior at The Haverford School. He joined the Food4Philly Executive Team in June of 2023.

In his free time, Milan enjoys playing tennis, biking, reading, and indulging in everything art.

Reilly Pryma

Co-President

Reilly is currently a senior at The Haverford School. He joined the Food4Philly Executive Team in June of 2023.

Reilly loves studying topics from history and linguistics to physics and astronomy. Outside of academics, he enjoys writing, reading, and biking.

Vatsal Mangal

Head of Bowls4Boston (Boston Chapter)

Vatsal Mangal graduated from Boston University in 2023 with a degree in Chemistry. He joined Food4Philly in September of 2021. Outside of school, Vatsal enjoys playing soccer, biking, watching football, and music.

Ana Byler

Head of Lower Merion HS Chapter

Ana attends Lower Merion High School. She joined Food4Philly in September of 2021. Outside of school, Ana enjoys playing tennis and lacrosse with her friends and taking time to sit down and read.

Zehan Li

Co-head of Penncrest HS Chapter

Zehan is a junior at Penncrest High School. He joined Food4Philly in July, 2023. He enjoys playing volleyball, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and loved ones.

Ethan attends Archbishop Mitty in San Jose, California. He joined Food4Philly in June 2023. Ethan enjoys hanging out with friends, cooking, swimming, and playing video games.

Ava Roberts

Head of Episcopal Academy Chapter

Ava currently attends The Episcopal Academy. Outside of school, Ava enjoys playing soccer, running cross-country, track, and spending time with family and friends.

Ian Rosenzweig

Head of The Haverford School Chapter

Ian attends The Haverford School. Outside of school, he enjoys playing tennis, and violin, and spending time with his family at the beach.

Emilia attends The Agnes Irwin School. Outside of school, she enjoys rowing, cooking, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

Lilly attends The Agnes Irwin School. She joined Food4Philly in September of 2022. Lilly enjoys rowing and hanging out with friends and family outside of school.

Liam attends Harriton High School. He joined Food4Philly in July of 2023. Outside of school, Liam enjoys wrestling, working out, sneakers, and spending time with family and friends.

Innovation Team

Malachi Roth-Cohen

Director of Innovation

Malachi is a student at Boston University with a major in Advertising and a focus on creative direction. He joined Food4Philly in April of 2021. Outside of school, Malachi enjoys fashion, playing tennis, and art.

Malachi is the Bowls4Boston Social Media Chair and has been a Food4Philly team member for over 3 years. The contributions made by Malachi include: assisting with numerous food redistribution events, organizing and assembling members to help the community, and helping start the 4Philly Podcast.

Interested in this cause or want to help out? Check out our contact page on the site menu to reach out and potentially become a chapter head at your school! Every chapter head plays a pivotal role in the growth of Food4Philly. Responsibilities include spearheading chapter-run events, fund management, and fundraising, leading 5-15 members, and cultivating relationships with local and large-scale non-profits and community partners.
